Rajesh Kumar

Rajesh Kumar is a certified yoga instructor with vast experience. He was associated with International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram for more than a decade. He is certified in Yoga teachers training 200-hour and 300-hour courses from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. As a part of Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram he held various positions, including being the Director of Trivandrum Centre.

Being an avid traveller, Rajesh visited several countries like Srilanka, Japan and Thailand to spread the knowledge of yoga tradition. He has faith in applying different conventions of yoga to achieve the one objective of discovering actual self and living life to the fullest while being connected within. His positive attitude, bright smile and energy is a great inspiration for all students attending his class.

Meera

Meera is certified yoga teacher and has been teaching in Dubai for the last 12 years.  Meera teaches several forms of yoga and consults clients to make a program that suits their lifestyle. She has worked on health and education projects in United Kingdom and Europe.

She passionately contributes her experience to various health and education projects in the Himalayas through various organizations.

Rajesh Kalarimadathil

Rajesh Kalarimadathil is a certified yoga instructor with over 20 years’ experience teaching yoga to people from all parts of the world, especially Europe and Middle East. He is certified in Yoga Instructors Course from S VYASA University, Bangalore. He is also certified in Simplified Kundalini Yoga and Kayakalpa course from The World Community Service Centre and Reikhi Second Degree Course from Usui shiki ryoho  . He received initiation of Babaji’s Kriya Yoga from Sree Shibendu Lahari. He was associated with various government and private organizations and has conducted numerous yoga workshops, Seminars and teachers training courses in India and abroad.

Rajesh comes from a family with traditional yoga background. He received Tantra and Hatha Yoga initiation from his father at an early age of 12 and learned traditional Hatha Yoga under the guidance of veteran yoga masters from India.
